What You Need To Know
These are the terms and conditions which apply to your purchase of jewellery, accessories, and other goods (“goods”) from the Naledi website, naledi.org (the “website”).
The website and goods are provided by Naledi, a subsidiary of Westcor UK Limited, a company registered in England under company number 09788387 with a registered office at Bank House, 81 St Judes Road, Englefield Green, Surry, United Kingdom, TW20 0DF (“we”, “us”, “our” “the Company”). When we refer to “you” and “your” we mean the user of the website and purchaser of goods.
These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this website.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the website and the goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website. You should check the terms and conditions posted on the website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.

Information About The Website And The Goods
This part sets out some terms about information on the website, descriptions of goods and how you use the website. Separate notices and disclaimers apply to your use of the website. By placing your order with us, you are implicitly accepting these terms and conditions and agree to the notices and disclaimers.
We try to make sure that all information on the website, including descriptions of our goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we believe that such an error has affected your purchase of goods, we will try to let you know. As we take these steps to ensure accuracy, we will not be liable to you for any accidental errors on the website.
Online Orders
Payment in whole is required before dispatch of goods.
Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.
Goods supplied by Naledi to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.
Prices
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of the goods and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase. All of our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling, United States Dollars or Euros depending on your location, and you will be invoiced in the currency according to your billing address.
If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes (these would be supplied directly from us), which may apply to any, or certain, specified items on the website. Such codes may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or discounts.
Delivery & Shipping

Delivery Details
We will deliver the goods ordered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and someone is there to sign for and take delivery of the goods.
UK Deliveries
Orders received before 1pm will be processed for next working day delivery.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched so that you can easily track your parcel.
You may need to be present to sign for the goods so please bear this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work).
In the event that no-one is available to receive a 'signed for' item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item re-delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
Overseas Deliveries
All deliveries to overseas addresses will be sent via Royal Mail or Fedex. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched: you can check on the status of your parcel at any time by going to the Royal Mail or Fedex website and entering your tracking number (alternatively, email us at orders@naledi.org quoting your tracking number and we will chase up your parcel for you).
International Deliveries
Please note, some more remote locations may take slightly longer than quoted.
Again, parcels may need to be signed for in person so please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address to accept delivery (at home or work). If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
Shipping Information
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days maximum, unless outside of Europe, the Middle East, or the US, or we have contacted you and agreed alternative terms. Please note that during busy periods this may be extended.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day subject to product availability and clearance of payment.
Items being sold online should be available in stock, but if an item has just sold out, we will notify you of this and inform you by email of the delivery.
We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Payment Details
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Returns & Exchanges
You are entitled to return any item bought on naledi.org, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund (less any postage/shipping charges).
Please note, earrings are non-returnable/non-refundable (unless faulty due to hygiene reasons).
To return an item, print and fill out the Return & Exchanges form and enclose this with your return to our Returns Department. Customers must return items using a tracked service.
Duties can be refunded only if claimed within 28 days of your order being shipped.
We request that all items are returned in their original Naledi packaging and in the condition in which they were received. We cannot accept returned items that have been worn or used.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags or discarding packaging.
When returning items to us, we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery) to ensure it is received.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Naledi’s discretion.
Returns from Overseas
The returns process overseas is the same as above with the exception of:
30 days to send back to us. You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred. We would strongly recommend that you use FedEx/DHL to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for any items which do not reach us. Please ensure that you write clearly on the FedEx/DHL paperwork that the item is being returned and send to:

Returns are a free service and we will email you a Royal Mail returns label to be placed on the return being sent back to us.
Returning Faulty Goods
In the rare and unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us on orders@naledi.org with a photo to obtain free postage label.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Postage/shipping costs will be refunded on any faulty goods.
Where possible, items will be replaced on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and depending on stock availability.

Refunds
Refunds will be made within 3 working days of receipt of the returned goods. All undamaged correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s card/method of payment. Refunds do not include shipping costs. The refund may take up to 5-10 working days to reflect in your account.
Please note that if you pay fully by Gift Card, the amount paid can only be reimbursed as a Gift Card. If partial payment is made by Gift Card, the amount paid via your chosen payment method will be reimbursed first via the same payment method. Any remaining amount will then be recharged to your Gift Card.
Vouchers, earrings, and customised products cannot be replaced or returned.
Once your order has been refunded, you will receive a notification email.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for another style or a different ring size, depending on stock availability. Returns costs are not refunded but the first replacement item will be sent out free of charge.
Quality
All goods sold by Naledi meet statutory requirements. However, Naledi cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.
Please note that all items are hand-crafted and assembled and some may include natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown, in particular natural gemstones which can have slight inclusions. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
Photography
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
Every effort has been made to illustrate colours accurately, but this is not always possible with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms. Hence, there can be no guarantee that the true colour of the jewellery will be exactly as shown.
Online Content
Naledi assumes no liability whatsoever for the topicality, correctness, completeness, or quality of the information provided. All content is subject to change without notice. Naledi expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement or delete parts or the entire content of this site, without prior advance notice, or to suspend or terminate the site.
Images On Social Media
We love seeing Naledi out there in the wild on all of you. From time to time we use our favourite tagged pictures or posts using our hashtags #mynaledi and #naledi_brand on our website and social media channels but we will always ask for your approval first by commenting on your image.
Gift with Purchase
A purchase is necessary online at naledi.org, if your order qualifies for a gift with purchase, the gift item will automatically appear in your bag at zero value.
The gift is given at Naledi’s discretion, while stocks last on a first come first served basis and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unfortunately, we will not be able to gift you once we run out of stock, even if your order is valid for a gift with purchase.
If you wish to refund an order that contained a gift with purchase, please note that you will need to also return the gift in order to be eligible for a refund.

Online payment
All payments on Naledi.org are processed via Shopify Payments or PayPal. Naledi assumes no liability whatsoever for the availability and functionality of this service. Naledi assumes no liability for any financial loss caused by the use of Adyen payment service. Adyen complies with the Electronic Commerce Directive.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna - 'pay later' or 'pay in 3'. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna's Privacy Statement.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation By You:
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us before you receive your dispatch email at orders@naledi.org quoting your Order Confirmation number.
Please note, that once your item has been dispatched we are unable to recall it and will no longer be able to cancel it; in this case please see our Returns Policy.
Cancellation By Us:
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible and within 5 working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are only valid at naledi.org and are not redeemable at any of our online stockists or third-party retail locations stocking the brand.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from purchase and cannot be exchanged for their monetary value.
Gift Cards cannot be purchased in conjunction with any promotions or discount codes.
Agreements
Liability:
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or telephone of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged/defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation to you will be either:
To make good any shortage or non-delivery; or to replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question in whatever way we decide.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as stated above.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import, or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Invalidity:
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Governing Law:
Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the United Kingdom and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.
Entire Agreement:
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details, and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any salesperson or representative, on our behalf, should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions, or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us.
We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on our website. From time to time our site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
Events Beyond Our Control:
We will not be in breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts, and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions, then you must immediately stop using the website.

All materials on this site, and the site itself, are protected by copyrights, designs, trademarks, and/or all other intellectual property rights and materials.
These materials are owned by Westcor UK Ltd. Such materials include, but are not limited to, photographs, images, illustrations, text, video clips, audio clips, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials contained in this site. All rights are reserved, worldwide.
You are expressly prohibited from: reproducing, copying, editing, transmitting, uploading, or incorporating into any other materials, any of the Website including without limitation, any images in any format of the products and their descriptions and other material made available on the Website; and removing, modifying, altering or using any registered or unregistered marks/logos/design owned by Westcor UK Ltd, and doing anything which may be seen to take unfair advantage of the reputation and goodwill of Westcor UK Ltd or could be considered an infringement of any of the rights in the intellectual property rights owned by and/or licensed to Westcor UK Ltd.
Mobile Terms of Service
The Naledi mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Naledi (“Naledi”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Naledi’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Naledi through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Naledi. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Naledi or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Naledi mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
